Age Limit (आयु सीमा)

Sभी posts के लिए age limit 18 से 40 वर्ष है, जो 01 January 2026 को calculate की जाएगी। SC/ST candidates को 5 वर्ष की age relaxation मिलती है, OBC/EWS candidates को 3 वर्ष की छूट दी जाती है, और Persons with Disability (40% या अधिक) तथा Widows को भी 5 वर्ष की relaxation मिलती है।

Educational Qualification (शैक्षणिक योग्यता)

Secretary (Advt. 15/2026): इस post के लिए candidates के पास Degree के साथ HDC&BM और relevant experience होनी चाहिए, या MBA / M.Com (Finance) / Chartered Accountant qualification के साथ banking sector में 3 वर्ष का experience होना ज़रूरी है। B.Com (Co-operation) के साथ Accountant पद पर 7 वर्ष का experience भी acceptable है।

Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant (Advt. 16/2026): किसी recognized university से Degree में minimum 50% aggregate marks होने चाहिए, साथ ही Cooperative Higher Diploma (HDC/HDC&BM/NDC/JDC) या B.Sc/M.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) या B.Com with Co-operation as subject (50% marks) होना अनिवार्य है।

Junior Clerk - सभी grades (Advt. 17/2026, 18/2026, 19/2026): Minimum qualification SSLC या equivalent है, तथा साथ में Personal Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation - JDC/NDC) होना mandatory है। Candidates जो additionally B.Com, any Degree, या Cooperative Higher Diploma रखते हैं, वे भी eligible हैं।

System Administrator (Advt. 20/2026): MCA या B.Tech (Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / Information Technology) degree required है। System Administrator के रूप में 3 वर्ष का experience desirable है।

Data Entry Operator - DEO (Advt. 21/2026): किसी भी recognized university से Degree, Data Entry course का certificate (Kerala/Central Government recognized institution से), और DEO के रूप में 1 वर्ष का work experience होना आवश्यक है।

Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)

Kerala CSEB recruitment में selection two-stage process पर based है। पहले CSEB एक written examination conduct करता है - Junior Clerk posts (Advt. 17, 18, 19) के लिए OMR-based offline exam होती है, जबकि Secretary, Assistant Secretary, System Administrator और DEO (Advt. 15, 16, 20, 21) के लिए online computer-based examination होती है। Written exam में 100 questions होते हैं, 100 marks के, और प्रत्येक bank/society के लिए interview stage में 20 marks allocated हैं। Interview eligibility के लिए candidates को minimum 4 marks (interview के 20 marks में से) score करने होते हैं। Written exam qualify करने के बाद concerned cooperative bank/society interview conduct करती है, जहाँ final selection और appointment होती है।

2. पहली बार apply कर रहे हैं? Homepage पर “One Time Registration (OTR)” complete करें - यह mandatory first step है। Already registered candidates सीधे login करें।
3. Login के बाद “Recruitment” या “Notifications” section में जाएं।
4. अपना desired advertisement number (15/2026 से 21/2026 में से) select करें और notification ध्यान से पढ़ें।

6. Registration form भरें - name, DOB, email, mobile number सही से enter करें।
