This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Career Decode (careerdecode.pages.dev).
Digital Products - No Pre-Delivery Cancellation Window
Since our products are digital PDFs delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, there is generally no window to cancel an order after it has been placed and payment has been processed.
Before Payment is Completed
If you have initiated a payment but it has not yet been confirmed (e.g., a pending UPI transaction), you may abandon the transaction. No amount will be deducted for an incomplete/pending payment. If an amount was deducted for a failed transaction, it will be automatically reversed by your bank or Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
After Payment is Completed
Once payment is confirmed and the product has been delivered (download link sent), the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy if you believe you are eligible for a refund under exceptional circumstances.
Subscription / Recurring Payments
Currently, Career Decode does not offer any subscription-based or recurring billing plans. All purchases are one-time transactions.
How to Raise a Cancellation or Payment Issue
If you have been charged for a failed transaction or face any payment-related issue, contact us immediately:

- Transaction/reference ID from Razorpay or your UPI app
- Screenshot of the payment deduction (if applicable)
- Date and time of the transaction
We will investigate and resolve the issue within 3-5 business days.
