Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products purchased on Career Decode (careerdecode.pages.dev). Please read this policy before making a purchase.

Nature of Our Products

All products sold by Career Decode are digital downloadable goods (PDF question papers). Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, refunds are limited to specific circumstances described below.

Eligibility for Refund

We offer a refund in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery: You completed payment but did not receive the download link or access to the purchased material within 24 hours.
  • Wrong product delivered: The material delivered is significantly different from the product described on the purchase page.
  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You have already downloaded or accessed the purchased PDF.
  • You are dissatisfied with the content after downloading (we encourage you to check the product description before purchasing).
  • You entered incorrect contact/payment details during checkout.
  • Your request is made more than 7 days after the date of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, email us at:

Please include the following in your email:

  1. Your name
  2. Payment reference number / transaction ID (from Razorpay)
  3. Date of purchase
  4. Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, etc.) within 5-7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
